　　電子天平的載重不應過(guò)載重量。物體應放在盤(pán)的。開(kāi)關(guān)天平要輕。加、取物體或砝碼時(shí)，應先關(guān)閉天平升降旋鈕，不得在天平打開(kāi)的情況下加、取物體或砝碼，以避免震動(dòng)損壞天平刀口。

　　作為標定、檢驗衡器的工具，標準砝碼在校準中起著(zhù)關(guān)的作用，是校準電子天平為、為普遍的工具。但用砝碼校準電子天平不是隨便拿一個(gè)砝碼就可以的，需要選擇適合的砝碼才能準確的校準天平。

　　標準砝碼是一種能夠復現質(zhì)量值的實(shí)體量具，具有的物理特性和計量特性，計量組織對標準砝碼進(jìn)行了明確的分級，將砝碼等級分為9個(gè)：E1等級、E2等級、F1等級、F2等級、M1等級、M12等級、M2等級、M23等級、M3等級。所謂的等指的是砝碼的不確定度，有修正值；級是指示值誤差，沒(méi)有修正值，砝碼的示值誤差在允許范圍內便是合格的。
