小知識|電子分析天平的操作規程

　　電子分析天平具有全自動(dòng)故障檢測，外置砝碼，自動(dòng)校準，全部線(xiàn)性四點(diǎn)校準，超載保護等多種應用程序，以下是天平的操作規程：

　　1、檢查天平是否水平，觀(guān)察水平儀，如水平儀水泡偏移，調節水平調整腳，使水平位于水平儀中心。

　　2、打開(kāi)兩邊側門(mén)5～10min，使天平內外的濕度、溫度平衡，避免因天平罩內外濕度、溫度的差異引起示值變動(dòng)關(guān)好側門(mén)。

　　3、檢查天平盤(pán)上是否清潔。如有灰塵應用毛刷掃凈。

　　4、接通電源，預熱一小時(shí)后開(kāi)啟顯示器。

　　5、選定稱(chēng)量模式，進(jìn)行稱(chēng)量。

　　6、按TAR鍵，顯示為零層，置被稱(chēng)物與盤(pán)上，待數字穩定(顯示器左邊的“0”標志熄滅后)該數字即為被稱(chēng)物的質(zhì)量值。

　　7、稱(chēng)量完畢，取出被稱(chēng)物，關(guān)好天平門(mén)，關(guān)閉顯示器，蓋上防塵罩，進(jìn)行登記。
